Why are people so quick to judge the Fantastic Four reboot when we've only seen two minutes of footage? And just because something is different doesn't make it lesser. I'm seeing people scared that it will actually be a good movie.

If people didn’t judge so quickly, this wouldn’t be the internet.

I judged it on its ability to do two things:

First, did it capture the spirit of high science for these fantastic adventures.  Well it is going serious with the science, but the rest wasn’t very fantastic at all.  And I base that on their NAME.

Second, did it tease me with enough to make me want to see more.  This didn’t, not one bit, as I didn’t get any sort of hook that drew me in.

So 2 minutes is plenty to judge something on when its literally designed to get you to want to see more…  and in my opinion failed.
